Horizon Dental is pleased to announce our second annual Mother's Day Makeover Contest. Please enter the deserving mother in your life by using the
Mother's Day Makeover entry form or by emailing us your entry at
horizondental@att.net. Please provide an explanation of why the contestant you chose deserves a smile makeover. Also, please make sure to upload a picture of her. The Mother's Day Makeover contestants can be a friend, a family member, a church member, or a coworker, but they must be a mother. The winner of the Mother's Day Makeover Contest will receive a smile makeover provided by Horizon Dental. The deadline for the entries is May 5th and the winner will be announced on May 10th.
